Abstract

This paper presents a comprehensive assessment of user satisfaction and the operational efficiency of robotic vacuum cleaners in residential settings. With the proliferation of smart home devices, robotic vacuum cleaners have become increasingly popular for their convenience and autonomous operation. However, user satisfaction and the actual efficiency of these devices in everyday use remain areas requiring further exploration. This study surveys users from diverse households to evaluate their experiences with robotic vacuum cleaners, focusing on aspects such as cleaning effectiveness, battery life, ease of use, and overall satisfaction.
